Our Commitment to Recovery
ORHF is a nonprofit committed to expanding recovery-focused housing for individuals experiencing substance use disorders, behavioral health challenges, economic hardship, and transitions from correctional settings. We partner with housing providers who prioritize accountability, dignity, and measurable outcomes. By streamlining funding and strengthening infrastructure, we help ensure more Oregonians have access to safe, stable environments that support long-term recovery and successful reentry into the community.
Current Initiatives
The ORHF Rent Voucher Program provides short-term rental support to help individuals stabilize in recovery housing and work toward permanent housing within 24 months. Click to learn how the program works and who can participate.
ORHF is creating an ecosystem of providers to make recovery housing more available, transparent, and efficient. Connecting transitional housing to those who need it the most.
ORHF partners with an HRSN-authorized provider to help eligible individuals access Medicaid-funded rent assistance. You can start the benefits process directly through ORHF, and our team will connect you to our partnered provider to complete enrollment and secure your housing supports.
